Welcome to WrongWayDAA.com
Hello!
This website has been set up by the Fingal Organised Residents' Movement (FORUM) along with the St. Margaret's The Ward Residents (SMTW) to provide information and support to those affected by aircraft noise and pollution in communities throughout North County Dublin (Fingal) and Meath including: Swords, St.Margarets, Portmarnock, Malahide, The Ward, Rolestown, Kilsallaghan, Kilcoskan, Oldtown, Ballyboughal, Ratoath, Ashbourne, Wotton, Kilbride, Greenougue, Fleenstown, and many more communities that want to raise awareness of the impact of the new North Runway on local residents.
The Dublin Airport Authority (DAA) which administers Dublin Airport opened the new North Runway on 24th August 2022 and in the process decided to ignore the approved planning permission from An Bord Pleanala, and disregard the health and welfare of thousands of residents living in Fingal and Meath.
Our goal is to raise awareness about the devastating affects of the unapproved flight paths from the North Runway at Dublin Airport and the affects the roaring jets are having on our health, especially on our children, who are often sleep deprived due to constant noise. The information provided on this website highlights the severity of these unapproved flight paths on our daily lives.
